On aquarium advice, someone posted a pic of a koi/goldfish that was easily 18" and VERY fat that they caught fly fishing- and said its not that uncommon of a catch. :? One other scary story on the thread was a lake in California (I think it was) where tons of aquarium fish (about 70% of the lake's population) had been let go by stupid aquarists. The writer had caught fire eels and tons of various cichlids in a short time.

Fish are a good source of protein.
There are hungry people some where.

If we can figure out how to put gold fish and other invasive carp in cans at a relatively cheap cost, we can solve two problems.
