I recently started breeding bristle nose plecos and now have more than tanks. I am wondering if I can put some recently hatched fry with some older 1 inch juvies. I just want to make sure that they will not fight or get eaten. Thanks for the help in advance.

I think you will be OK, at least for the most part. I've kept bushynose as a "colony" where adults and several generations of young would all live together. I can't say you might not lose some of the small fry to hungry, or just boisterous teenagers, but as long as there is enough food and cover, most of the small fry should get a chance to grow out too.

Your tanks aren't too small. Your fish are too big.

If there were a lot it sounds like there were it isn't too unusual. The biggest challenge is typically food supply for them all. I always like to put some driftwood in my tanks for fry to graze on.

Plecos will not eat fry after they hatch, so you should have no problems keeping them together. I have seen them working on abandoned egg masses though.
