I have a couple of tanks that have been sitting idle since I got away from breeding cichlids. Looking for some advice on setting them back up,

I have a 90 gallon that I want to put oscars in. I don't want to crowd them when they get bigger so asking anyone with experience, how many can I put in the tank and would a pleco be a good tank mate?

I also have a 20 gallon long tank that I want to put a betta in. Any suggestions for tank mates for him? I was thinking about a couple of panda corys and either some guppies or neon tetras.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
