I was up to Forest Lake Pets on Saturday. Glassworms are in for the season. I bought a pound for $20. Fish are crazy for them. My Discus, Rainbowfish, South American Rams and Barbs eat them until their cheeks are bulged out.

At my house I keep them in a 5-1/2 gallon tank inside the basement refrigerator. They'd also keep in a five gallon pail in a garage or unheated entryway if it didn't get too cold.

Does anyone have experience collecting them? I'd be interested in collecting and storing several pounds or more for my fish. Once in awhile I see a few of them in the hole when I'm out icefishing. Anyone got a hotspot they'd like some help working?

Have icedrills and tools. Will travel. :D

You beat me to it - I just signed in to mention the glassworms. Really nice ones it seems with no dead ones mixed in. Wish I had a cool enough place to keep them other than MY refrigerator, along with the blackworms and the raw dog food.
