Is there a list somewhere showing which species everyone has bapped? Looking at the 2009 report i can see that I've bapped 6 spawns, but can't remember which species they were :?

Does this answer your question?

I'm having fun putting together a front end with graphs and stuff. Now it's called showBAP. Status on where to get to it and what's happened lately to it is on twitter.

Hope to have something that looks much better after it gets cold and there's no more stuff to do in outdoor tubs and gardens.

BAP Trivia: Top 10 fish bred out of 1,350 "species" over the past 24 years

# spawns
73 Poecilia reticulata (Guppy) -Livebearers
69 Pelvicachromis pulcher (Rainbow krib) -Cichlids
62 Archocentrus nigrofasciatus (Convict cichlid) -Cichlids
48 Pterophyllum scalare (Freshwater angelfish) -Cichlids
47 Xiphophorus hellerii (Green swordtail) -Livebearers
43 Xiphophorus maculatus (Southern platyfish) -Livebearers
41 Neolamprologus multifasciatus -Cichlids
39 Ancistrus sp. unknown -Catfish
36 Labidochromis caeruleus "Yellow"(Blue streak hap) -Cichlids
34 Xenotoca eiseni (Redtail splitfin) -Livebearers

Hmmm. I haven't gotten around to Poecilia reticulata, Xiphophorus hellerii or Xenotoca eiseni (Redtail splitfin). I should put those on my list...

NOTE: Report broke down. I need to get a real database before putting this back online.

Attempted to do a species search but was not successful. Is that possible?

Say species x, when it was submitted and who submitted it.
Or date search, say all submissions by member z during 2009.

Mobile version available now. Alpha Test status. Expect bugs. Hopefully it will be useful.

(now at version 0.2. Added a BAP Program tab and cleaned things up a bit. Should be a little faster now when loading your fish data.)

re: Bob's question.
Species search will be on a future version of the web version. (I had kludged something together that kept breaking, so I need to add a real database to implement a real database for those sorts of interesting queries.) As a work-around, I can get the master XML file for loading people to do manual searches via multiple sortable columns in Excel.

I ported the same style interface from BAP to HAP now. The two are kept as identical as possible to make it easier to maintain them. The code has not been optimized yet, so when I get time the start-up time for both BAP & HAP should speed up by more than a little bit.

Thanks Dale. Milo has been looking forward to seeing HAP database available at aquarium.mn
Please let BOD know when the link has been established so the word can be spread.

Truly an invaluable service to have this data online for BAP and HAP participants. Thanks again.

I got feedback on how people want to use this while mobile and made some changes. Tried to break it and put fixes in where that happened. Did some more optimization to speed it up.

This is now Beta level. Hopefully this will be usable on slower mid-level phones. Version 0.6.
