MAS's December PLANT EXTRAVAGANZA is back! It's virtual, so we have to do it a little differently.

As in previous years, MAS is buying plants at wholesale and passing the savings to its membership. You can pick different packages of plants and pre-order them on the website. Whether you're looking for Anubias, Cryptocoryne, swords, etc., this is the time to place your order. You can even select plants based on the type of lighting in your aquaria.

Orders need to be placed and paid for by November 30. MAS will place the order and distribute them on December 12, when we're also distributing fish from the BAP/HAP auction. Go to the MAS website http://www.aquarium.mn for all the details.

And there's be more stuff coming!

We've had a huge number of orders for plants, which is great. Typically we get better quality plants with larger orders. But the pre-order ends tonight (November 30). You must order and pay by then. Hurry!

So we've been able to pull off a virtual PLANT EXTRAVAGANZA and ran a BAP/HAP distribution in the cold. Most everybody got what they bid on, although I think 1 - 2 people did not get the exact plant package. Wholesalers don't always send exactly what we order, but MAS will make good if anyone got shorted.

Thanks to everyone who participated and we welcome your feedback on how to improve the process. Hope everyone was happy with your fish, plants and/or dry goods. This was the last auction of 2020, the next one is scheduled for late January.
