As the weather changes so the fish spawn. It seems that whenever we have an on coming low pressure system my fish start wanting to do the beast with two backs. Especially when the low pressure system coincides with a large scale water change. Though sometimes they won't even wait for the water change to get things gong. My Betta strohi just couldn't wait for the new water to consummate their nuptials. Here are a couple of pics. Good luck.

Great pics and writeup, Stu. What kind of plant is that you have floating. I like it.
Andy

Your tanks aren't too small. Your fish are too big.

That is a vast amount (for a ten gallon!) of Nymphoides sp. taiwan. Would you like some? I think I can spare a bit!

the mid season break is killing me this year btw.

Simply can not get enough of the doctor myself.
I tend to watch them chronologically starting with
the first very first doctor in between new seasons
180g Planted - Discus
210g Planted - Cherry Shrimp / Community
34g Planted - Dutch

All this is ours, it's gonna be what we make it.
If only the stars we close enough we'd paint them.

Me too. Is Matt Smith the best Doctor ever? He is my fave so far and I am old enough to have seen all eleven! I am eagerly anticipating Jenna-Louise Coleman as the Doctor's new companion. And I am especially looking forward to the 50th Anniversary season where it is rumored that each episode will be a two hour special.

I know it is a bit off the topic of spawning fish coinciding with an oncoming low pressure system but I don't care. I always find it refreshing to find another Whovian. Good luck.
